The State of Connecticut does not require the use of a notary stamp or seal; however, they highly recommend a notary seal and in particular a notary embosser. Notary Public of America is a leading stamp and embossing seal producer serving notaries nationwide. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and offer a lifetime guarantee on all notary stamps, notary seals and notary embossers.
